Meet the artist
James began exhibiting in Buenos Aires, 1996, after study periods in London, Cornwall, and Sydney, with shows coming later in Mendoza, Dresden and London among others.
His works - ranging from large scale landscapes, to childhood memories of the conflict in the islands (Falklands/Malvinas), to collections of drawings from his journals, and later to prose and published semi-autobiographical texts, each contained the essence of an artist located on the fringes of the art world yet with a vision and sensibility both contemporary and universal.
